Good Morning Church Family,
I want to wish each and every one of you a very happy Easter! I pray that you all will find yourselves engaging in a wonderful day of worship as we celebrate the glorious resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. I want to remind you to participate in one of our Sunday school classes if possible. It is much easier to celebrate Jesus' resurrection if we reflect on it with other people. So, please, join in on one of our small groups on zoom today (let me know if you need me to resend you meeting times and info). We will be broadcasting our Easter service at 10:30 am this morning. Some wonderful music has been recorded for the service this morning and our message will focus on seeing the glory of the risen Savior in Revelation 5. I know that you will be blessed if you join us for that today. Also, there will be no Sunday evening zoom meeting tonight, however, the focus of your home should still be to worship our risen Lord. The schedule for the rest of the week will remain unchanged. I want to say a big thank you to the MYA class for the awesome Easter basket that I found on my front porch when coming home from the grocery store yesterday. Your class is more awesome than the basket you left for me and I pray that many will continue to see the love of Christ through your acts of kindness! It may be dark and gloomy outside this morning, but may your hearts be bright as you celebrate the empty tomb! Happy Easter, Pastor Scott
