Dear Matt, 

The Family at FBC Mesquite would like to say thank you so much for the amazing 7 Years you have given us. Being able to grow with you and watch you bring the word of God to life has been amazing. Each person who has graced the steps of our great Church over those years has been blessed to know you. There has been so many good followers of Christ to come out of the youth program of the Church due to your love, faith, and compassion. No one coming into this Church in later years is not going to be regaled at stories of our amazing youth pastor and his commitment to the may faucets of your wonderful personality as it was seen throughout the church. From hearing you preach to watching you get slime and eggs dropped on you at VBS your love shone through to every room of this house of God. 

The past seven years we have watched you grow and give yourself fully to the Church and set an example for what we strive to be as Christians. Your understanding of the Bible and your teachings will be held onto for years to come. Few Churches are given a Youth Pastor for such an extended period of time, and it shows on the walls of this Church taken at the many events you brought to life. We wish you only the best and hope the Church was able to provide for you what you need to continue your journey with love and grace.
